Return Period

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.

To be eligible for a return, products must not show any signs of use, assembly, or installation.

• Furniture in original, unassembled condition with original packaging
• Decor items with original tags and packaging
• Lighting fixtures that have not been installed or used
• Textiles in unwashed, unused condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or bespoke furniture pieces designed to your specifications
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Products that have been assembled, installed, or used
• Textiles that have been washed, altered, or used
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via phone or email
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and detailed instructions from our team
4. Package items securely in original packaging materials
5. Ship items to our Sydney location using a trackable service

Please do not return items without first obtaining return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
